European Union funding: Ukraine's finances face uncertain future

Putin spoke hours after the European Union announced it would loan more than 105 billion dollars to Ukraine for the next two years. But the funds will not be backed by Russian assets that are frozen in European banks. Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has warned that his country needs money to produce enough drones - one of its main weapons in its battle against Russia. Al Jazeera’s Audrey MacAlpine reports from Kyiv.
